WHO I AM & WHY I'M RUNNING

Hi I'm Thayne Bailey.  I'm a proud husband and father of 6 children from a 3 year old daughter to a son about to leave on an LDS Mission.

I have owned Solid Equity, a Real Estate Sales & Investment Brokerage for the last 8 years in Orem.  Before that I was an International Business Consultant for 9 years, an English teacher for 3 years, and before that a Nursing Home Assistant for 3 years.  As a Utah County native I love this community and I got involved here because I want to help ensure Utah stays the shining beacon of good government that it has been.

I am very concerned with the direction of our society as a whole, and feel that I must get involved to stop the slide of out of control Government especially at the National level.  The liberals have not been funding our military and instead Obama and his friends are spending our money like there is no tomorrow.  There is no social giveaway program or increase in regulation (cutting off our freedoms) that these Democrats don't like.  Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid are all either bankrupt or heading that way taking us all down with them, yet there is no plan to stop the free fall.

I want to be involved to stop the free fall that we are in that will ruin our children's futures.

The State Central Committee can ensure that our Republican Party moves in the right (Conservative) direction.  If we have the right leaders in Utah and Washington we can make a difference and stop the Democrats from further damaging our Country.

I may not be able to change everything but I know that I can help.  I've been involved in raising money, walking door to door, and organizing events for Conservative Republican candidates.  I have the experience and the passion to do more for our great State and County.  I owe it to my family, our founding fathers, and those who protect us everyday to be involved in ensuring this State and Country stay great.

Will you help me do this by
